”Location and front desk staff are excellent. My room had plumbing issues two days out of my stay. Engineering took a while to respond both times. Room didn’t have drinking glasses or coffee creamer.”

”There was a large gap in the door. Not bad for this time of year but in the winter-it would have been a terrible draft. The bathroom door didn't shut properly. It was a good place if you just wanted a bed and a shower but I wouldn't stay there again. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful-best part of the experience.”

”I have stayed here many times. It has a nice location near KU med center. It has shopping center and restaurants nearby. It has easy access to the interstate.It's actually located in a somewhat quiet area. It has been showing signs of age though lately.”

”The front desk staff in the evening were beyond friendly. Very down to earth and personable. we were in town for the birth of our granddaughter, and they even asked to see pictures when we arrived the next evening after she was born. The elevator did break down and we were on the 3rd floor, but it was fixed quickly. We were satisfied with breakfast. Rooms are a little small but served our purpose for our 2 night stay. The morning staff was just as friendly. They work hard to make the property...

”The handicap room has problems. The bed is much to high for a handicap ped person to get in it. Had to ask for a stool to climb up. Not safe. No chair. Only chair was the desk chair. Nothing for anyone else.”
