”The hotel is very clean and the staff were nice. I really liked the water dispenser downstairs that had sparkling water and hot water options. The parking situation when you arrive is very confusing- there is no signage to direct you to park in their garage before you check in. There are two twin bed comforters on the queen bed which is very confusing and annoying. The tv kept turning on in my room on its own. When I complained to the staff, they sent someone in to fix it which didn’t work. In...

”When I first checked in, I was put into a room where the door didn’t lock and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned (used soap in the soap dish and hair on the toilet seat and in the shower). RaeAnn at the front desk was great and put me in another room but the first one should have been OOO. I have stayed here many times before and never had this big of an issue but the building and rooms are in dire need of some upgrades.”

”There is No parking. There is NO Air conditioning, There is NO coffee, Towels are Small and trashy, There are no Waste baskets or garbage cans in the room And the cost would suggest that these items exist....most people renting a room in this price range expect these basic things. It should be advertised that they aren't included because once you have rented the room and find out these things aren't in existence, you feel that you have been ripped off.”

”Liked - Bike friendly, comfy beds, pineapple cookies and best coffee in-room. Disliked - Noisy air conditioner, carpet flooring especially because it is also pet friendly.”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal.
