”The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email...

”The home surpassed our expectations. The hosts were super responsive, the view was amazing, the home was fully equipped, plenty of amenities (the best being fast wi-fi and a hot tub), and the location was perfect. Our family enjoyed our time and we look forward to coming again!”

”The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.”

”The townhouse was the perfect location for our stay! We were visiting family in the area and the convenience of the proximity to them was so helpful! The home was well stocked with items that are “creature comforts” such as coffee, spices, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. The rooftop was a nice place to hangout in the beautiful weather. Parking on the street was easy and convenient. The provided parking was a little tight for our rental mini van however, compact cars would be better for that...

”This home was in a great spot! They provided all things needed. And the home was nice and clean. You do have to sign into your own prime/netflix etc. Great hosts. Parking was a little limited. ”The house was in a great location. Parking was a bit of a challenge since we had two cars and only spot. But we were glad to have the one spot. The location was great -- everything you need is close. We were able to get downtown on 99 easily and to other locations because it's close to I5. The management company was super responsive and easy to work with. The neighbor could probably chill a little bit. We were four old people and she seemed to be monitoring our movements pretty closely. Odd--...
