”Cute place with a great location!”

”Our stay was not typical. First the location is great, lots of room, big deck, peaceful lakeside. We had to cut our stay short because of a recurring issue with a gas leak. The owner lives in Las Vegas. Responses to phone msg and texts varied. This would not have been a big problem except for the urgency of our particular situation. Coordination issues with local caretaker/utilities ultimately contributed to our early departure. There was an initial attempt to repair but the problem reoccured....

”Located next to Potowatomi State Park with a restaurant/bar on premises was the perfect scenario for us to finish our 1121 mile journey on the Ice Age Trail. Bar staff was friendly and food was good. House was very clean but the overall structure is questionable. It needs some TLC. There are soft spots in many parts of the floor which seemed as though someday soon someone may fall right through. Water pressure in the en-suite bathroom was almost nonexistent in the shower. ”Beautiful water front property. Room was a little dirty(spider webs, thick dust, etc.) but nothing more than a lot of hotels I’ve stayed in. If you are staying with young kids beware the fire place is always hot to touch with pilot light on. Staff was very friendly, easy check-in/check-out, and great price for stay.”

”The location is beautiful! While we needed to have the option to bring our dog, my husbands allergies to the prior dogs really kicked in. The beds were also very uncomfortable. There were also some small cleanliness issues.”

”Mouse infestation, dirty sheets, and hair covered floors did not make for a good stay. We saw three mice Saturday night. Our bag had to be kept in our garage upon return to ensure the problem didn’t spread to our house. ”

”Very nice location! Beautiful scenery. The only down side was the water situation. Hot water was spotty, pressure was low at kitchen sink. Would recommend to others, as long as they are ok with that!”
