”Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort ”

”Very nice unit with a nice view of the pool. As other people has stated parking is challenging. But I always found a place in the lot or right next to the property on the street. The bed is comfortable and I slept well. Minor issue with some small ants in the bathroom.owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.”

I loved the beach cottage feel and the location was perfectly nestled across the street from the ocean and near many restaurants and shopping. ”My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Our family unit included myself, my husband, 17 yo stepson and a 4 month old infant. It was perfect for what we needed, walking distance to town and the water and a nice space for when our infant needed some home time. If you are planning to have some beach time, this place is so well stocked for it. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, it was all available for use. ”We are from the Midwest and I would compare this condo (I-31) to a Holiday Inn. It was great for what we needed, and had everything we needed for our satay and great for the cost.
