âAn amazing location and in my mind the most beautiful hotel in the world. Been going there since the 70s.
The staff and food isnt quite up to what ths hotel deserves, but still good, i understand the limited pool of workers to draw from. But just outstanding!!â

âWe had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, itâs almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, itâs worth it. The private hostess, lounge, amenities, all top notch.â

âThis resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed â they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. â

âAs advertised - loved our balcony to relax w idyllic Ocean & Mauna Kea views, inc picture perfect sunsets, comfortable lounge chairs at pools and at the white sand beach. Glad we got breakfast buffet included, w excellent variety of food, quality & service. Wish we knew ahead of time to pre-book the complimentary outrigger canoe trip - will do next time!â
