”The place is right in the middle of the downtown and steps away from great food spots and the water! The studio was cute and clean. Owners provided snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and cooler - made snorkeling and beach trips very comfortable! The owner was very accommodative and overall had a great experience :)”

”I had a wonderful view of the ocean and Alii drive. The room had almost everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, small appliances, and cleaning products. Plenty of towels (bath, pool, kitchen). I didn’t use the tv, but I did use the WiFi which worked just fine. The bed and chairs in the unit were comfortable and there was a small dresser to hang clothes (including hangars). I used the AC and it cooled the space quickly. I used the laundry facilities....

”This was a great place to stay! We were here for 6 nights and had a really amazing stay. There was onsite parking (which is huge), and it was very easy to find a parking spot. The location is in the middle of all of the Kona buzz, which made it easy for us to walk around when we stayed in town. The Farmer’s Market was less than a 5 minute walk, and Safeway, Walmart, and Target were all quite easy to get to. The owners were very communicative and helped us find the location (Google Maps wasn’t...

”The first half of the stay was great! The apartment is as described and very clean. However the shower drain became extremely slow in the second half of our stay. It got to the point where we’d have to wait over an hour between showers - bad when you’re on a beach vacation. We had to change our plans due to this. Communication with the management was extremely slow and it took over 3 days to get the issue addressed. That’s a third of our vacation with a barely working shower. I requested a...

”Ocean visible from small but lovely lanai with garden for privacy, nice ground floor room, beach across street. Close to everything in Kona, 20m walk to pier, place right next to farmers market, restaurants. Only negative was Street noise, but humerus with cruisers and wide variety of music section”
