”Everything was perfect loved the location and the cleanliness!!”

”Clean and well-supplied unit, but owner is very hard to get hold of. Door and gate codes changed, got locked out of room early on checkout, and when notified of water shutoff on short notice owner went dark. so make sure you have the codes early! otherwise a nicely located well-maintained unit.”

”A wonderfully clean and spacious condo close to the heart of Kona. The lanai was perfect for spending some down time on while still being able to enjoy the warm weather and ocean sounds. There is also a great view of the sunset from the pool area! Loved our stay here :)”

”Hot tub was not working and we were not informed in advance. It seemed like the hot tub had been down for a while from the signs posted so there was plenty of time to update the listing or give us notice. Listing still says there is a hot tub despite the fact that the hot tub is still out of service. Towels were insufficient for the length of stay and guests. Coffee pot with no filters.”

”We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Emdeko. The saltwater pool and outdoor spaces were spectacular. Good views of the ocean and sunset, including bowing the pū (Hawaiian conch shell) at sunset. The unit provided a great home base to explore Kona and the island. There were some areas of the unit that needed repair/maintenance, but they didn't severely impact our trip. The host was highly responsive and helpful ”

”Fantastic oceanfront location! We had a minor issue with lockbox and host sorted it immediately. Condo spotlessly clean and great appliances plus all the beach chairs etc . A very comfortable stay”

”The condo is adequate. The murphy bed was good. The grounds are beautiful and swimming pool were good. The condo is dated and needs a little bit of TLC It was quiet and doable for us. Kitchen was ok. The convection top is difficult and pans for it are bad because everything got stuck on bottom of pan, even on low.”

”This place is so cute! It's clean and well stocked. All the appliances are new. The lanai is private and shaded. Shopping, restaurants and gas are all just a minute drive away but you feel further removed. There is a bin full of beach necessities; chairs, boogie boards, noodles and more. Management was fantastic from start to finish. We didn't use the pool but walked by. It has plenty of lounge chairs and is well cared for. ”
