This property features an open-access pool without safety rails or a lifeguard. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Age Restriction: This property is strictly for adults and children over the age of 12. Children under 12 are not permitted on the premises at any time due to specific safety hazards.

Total Release of Liability: The pool is used strictly at the guests` own risk. The host/owner assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, or fatality occurring in or around the pool area.

Parental Responsibility: Guests traveling with children (ages 12–17) are solely responsible for their supervision. The host is not liable for any incidents resulting from a lack of supervision.

Safety Conduct: Diving, running, or glass containers in the pool area are strictly prohibited. Using the pool while under the influence of alcohol or substances is a violation of these rules.

No Visitors: No parties, events, or visitors not included in the reservation. Violation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–08:00. Respect for neighbors is mandatory.

Non-Smoking: Strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace with the door closed. Indoor smoking will result in a professional deodorization charge.

No Pets: Not allowed under any circumstances.

Occupancy: Total guests must not exceed the reservation count.

Schedule: Check-in/out times must be respected. Unapproved timing changes may result in extra charges.

Damages: Please treat the property with care. Any damage, stains, or missing items will be charged to the guest.

Cleanliness: Trash must be disposed of properly before check-out to avoid extra cleaning fees.

Linens: Indoor towels and linens must not be taken to the beach or used as pool towels.
