The staff were welcoming on arrival and provided a welcome drink and showed us to our room. The rooftop pool is open until 8pm so we managed a quick dip and headed out to get some dinner. The room itself was as promised with ameneties. Clean and nicely decorated. This is close enough to walk to the city centre or the port and bus station. ”

”Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. ”

”We had a very nice one night stay in Heraklion. I had booked a classic room, but hotel upgraded it to a suite. The room was very comfortable and in the evening there was a nice city view from the balcony. Location of the hotel is good, as it is only a short walking distance from city center, but the area is quiet in the night time. There is also a parking house in the same building with the hotel.
Bed and pillows were also comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was much better than in...
"Average hotel. Very convenient location. Very friendly staff. Very sad that the rooftop terrace is closed in November-April so in the beginning of November we could not enjoy it although weather was nice. "
