”We had an excellent stay at Porto Vecchio. The hotel itself is situated right in the old town about 2 streets back from the sea, in a pretty little corner on a lovely back street. As the old town is pedestrianised, we were dropped at the top of the main street by our taxi from the airport, 25 mins away, and had a short 5 min walk to the property. The reception is not manned at all times but someone was always at the end of the phone should you need any help and I believe, not far away either....

The staff is EXCELLENT. parking was easy to find once you get used to the driving and the staff was always waiting for us at the remote parking location to give us a ride back to the hotel. I also left my key in the room and went to the reception. They opened my door without any further questions. What if that was not my room…?
