It was smelly because of the renovation right next door, and I couldn’t sleep because of the smell and noise. It was unpleasant so I had to check out one day earlier than planned since I couldn’t handle it m. The food buffet is also severely lacking, not worth the price I paid.

Hotel is between 2 MTR station, maybe Jordan station is nearer. Check in was smooth and friendly. The beds though were abit small, thought most hotels used super single as their beds. Plenty of food options on either side of the road. Never lacking of what to eat !! The toilet need some maintenance, always got weird sound and the patch up work on the toilet bowl is very ugly.

想像以上に綺麗で広い部屋だったため、とても満足しました。1日目の夜、部屋の半分の照明がつかなくなってしまいましたが、翌日に外出するタイミングでスタッフに言うことでトラブルは解消されました。 簡単な英語でもスタッフとのコミュニケーションは十分に取れたので、言語が不安な人にもおすすめです。 周辺は治安が良く、女子数人のグループで23時ごろまで出歩いていても安心な状態でした。駅に近い上に、スーパーマーケットや美味しいご飯屋さんが周辺に多いため、お土産や食事にも困りません。 また香港に遊びにくることがあったら、宿泊先の第一候補にここを入れるでしょう。

Excellent service with front counter, dining and cleaning staff. The facilities are excellent for their price, and easy to get to various transport options. Also rooms to accommodate our family of 6 which are not easy to find in HK. Would definitely return!

Worst stay in HK
Messed up our family's whole trip. First day next room was so noisy that couldn't even listen to the person next. We had raised strong complaints but couldn't hardly get into sleep since the kids all woke up. We also asked for portable heater because the room temperature was 20 to 21 degrees but got refused due to lack of inventory. All families got cold. Second day we asked for heater again, and could get one. But temperature only got adjusted to 21 to 22 degrees. We had to move to Shenzen for next travel schedule but this hotel which doesn't have any temperature controlling system made our family trip a nightmare.

The room was very clean, the staff were very good, and the questions were answered enthusiastically. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the subway station, and the transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants and restaurants nearby, and you can choose from various delicacies and snacks. Starbucks is downstairs. There are also many shopping malls nearby, as well as Temple Street Night Market and Women's Street, which are not very far from Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok.

the hotel is in an acceptable state of cleanliness, although not up to the standard of the more upmarket establishments to be found in central Hong Kong. The price is nevertheless well adapted to this condition and the quality/price ratio remains excellent. The staff are absolutely fantastic and very professional. the breakfast is very good with a cook who prepares eggs according to your wishes. this service is rather reserved for much more expensive hotels in Hong Kong. i warmly recommend it.

is good for it's price, was told by staff room was up grade when check in and gave big tip to staff but i don't think it was up graded. The reason i know cause stayed a week before and room was up graded and it was really nice can see a big difference

The room was very spacious. We got upgraded to the bigger room which is nice but the room smell like smoking odor. Good location.

Very convenient location. Reception staff was too busy to be polite or helpful. Air conditioner could not be adjusted to comfortable temperature, despite many requests for assistance from staff.
