The staff at the royal garden were exceptional. An example of how other big hotels should operate. The rooms were standard but had essentially everything needed. Good place to stay if you want to stay just off a main road. Certainly a quieter part of town, great for light sleepers.

The cleaning staff were so friendly and accommodating. The door men and bell staff were always ready. Great facilities like pool, gym, and fully stocked changing room. This hotel is in a great location too.

Had a lovely stay at the Royal Garden Crown Club Floor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Crown Club lounge staff were lovely and chatty and kept the drinks & food flowing during happy hour. The ladies changing room facility’s including sauna and steam rooms were spotless. Great buffet breakfast in the Greenery Cafe. With a vast selection of Chinese and Western choices.

침사추이역과 근방 관광지와 도보로 15분 정도 이동해야하지만 이스트 침사추이역과는 가까워서 지하철 이용에 편리함. 침사추이역 근처 관광지를 도보로 이용하고 싶다면 약간 비추. 홍콩 호텔이 보통 좁고 시설이 나이스하지 않다는 것에 비해 확실히 여기는 내부 시설이 깔끔하고 좋았음. 바다뷰로 업그레이드해줘서 지내는 내내 좋았음. 서비스와 요구사항을 잘 들어주고, 친절함. 환경 지향적인 서비스 방식도 마음에 들었음. 프론트에서 택시를 잡으려 할 때도 바가지 쓰지않도록 조심해야한다고 직접 잡아주는 등 고객의 편의를 신경 써준다는 느낌이 들었음. 아주 잘지내고 왔습니당

I booked a junior suite with a direct harbor view on the 14th floor. The room was very cozy with good layout. I was able to work with the provided desk comfortably. Junior suite comes with the crown club lounge access, which proved to be a great value. The lounge staff were professional and super friendly. They knew my name after the first day and made me feel very welcomed. Teresa, Winky, Sharon, Morrice all showed great hospitality. I was able to put some work while I stayed in the lounge. The location is superb. Very close to the harbor attractions and the MTR station. There are many facilities provided by the hotel such as spa and swimming pool. I didn't have time to use either this time but the outdoor pool area looked so great and classic. I would highly recommend this property, especially the rooms with the club lounge access. The staff there truly made this stay a wonderful experience.

Everyone was lovely and polite the couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was in a great location and you can go to the restaurants along the water in 30 seconds, there’s a 7-11 and Starbucks and McDonald’s all within 3 minutes. The amount of different types of restaurants around the hotel is incredible and every thing is on your doorstep. Would highly recommend. I paid extra for the harbour view which was nice to look out to in the evening and morning so would recommend that. Even when we left the room late we would still come back to made bed and tidy place and room service was great as well. Highly recommend

Whilst the hotel is feeling a little dated, staff were all very helpful. Good choice at the buffet breakfast. Close to exit P2 of the MTR and easy to walk along the waterfront towards the Star Ferry terminal.

Firstly, the customer service was unprofessional. Requested front desk to help me call a taxi and they rudely said the place you’re going they won’t take you. Secondly, the towels were dirty - it looks like someone had dyed their hair and the hotel didn’t change it or didn’t wash it well. Thirdly, the room does not look like in the photos, I feel scammed.

以前香港に30年住んでいた事もあ日本帰国後、度々 現地に行くとRoyal Gardenに泊まります。今回も セミスイートにアップグレードして頂き、朝食は 現地でお願いしたのですが$250を$175にして頂きました。今は四つ星クラスと思いますが全ての面で気持ち良くステイ出来るホテルです。

They offer the best seafood buffet I had seen yet. Beautiful environment with live music. For hotel guest, they offer discount dinner which becomes very readsonable price.

Magnificent hotel - great friendly staff. A little dated in places but very clean, well maintained and homely. Stayed in a junior suite - large room, partial bay view and very comfortable. Nono in room for tea coffee. Exec lounge a didn’t really use but basic drinks available daytime and canapés afternoon tea available . Would stay again.

Convenience is the key at Royal Garden Hotel. Situated in a prime location with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and a nearby metro station, this hotel offers a fantastic base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat after a day of sightseeing. The highlight was the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub, where we enjoyed a refreshing dip and relaxation, even in a cooler weather. The hotel staff was outstanding, providing courteous and helpful service throughout the stay. With its cleanliness, reasonable price, and excellent location, Royal Garden Hotel should be your top choice if next time you’re in Hong Kong.
