En keksi hotellista moitteen sanaa. Yleisilme oli moderni ja todella siisti. Standard-huoneemme oli kadun suuntaan (ei ihan kadun vieressä) mutta liikenteen melu ei häirinnyt eikä muutoinkaan kuulunut ääniä naapurihuoneista. Henkilökunta oli erinomaisen ystävällistä. Sijainti oli kelpo, ratikkapysäkki oven edessä. Vanhaan kaupunkiin oli jonkun verran kävelemistä mutta Juutalaiskortteli oli melkeinpä nurkan takana. Vahva suositus!

Hotelli on siisti, aamupala tasokas. Hotellin web-infossa kerrottiin, että huoneen voi luovuttaa myöhemmin hintaan 10 euroa per tunti, tästä ei kuitenkaan vastaanotto ollut tietoinen, syntyi kiista, mikä ratkesi vasta asiakkaan valokuvaamalla viestin. Asiakas on aina oikeassa, vieras käsitys tässä hotellissa.

Kiva hotelli hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varella.
Hotelli on uudehko ja siisti. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta sopiva kahdelle. Aamupala on vastaava kuin suomalaisissa hotelleissa, omenapiiraat herkullsia. Kulkuyhteydet ovat hyvät ja kävellenkin pääsee nopeasti moniin nähtävyyksiin. Raitiovaunulla (Numero 3) pääsi suoraan Galleria kauppakeskuksen eteen joka on juna-asemalla.

Loistava hotelli
Huoneet pieniä mutta siistejä ja hiljaisia. Henkilökunta kielitaitoista ja ystävällistä. Aamupala yksi parhaista mitä missään hotellissa syönyt. Kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä ja lähellä hyviä ja edullisia ravintoloita. Hotelli järjesti yksityiskuljetuksen keskitysleirille ja myös muita kohteita olisi voinut samalla tavalla käydä katsomassa. Hotellissa huonepalvelu joka kohtuuhintainen, aamiaisenkin saa halutessaan huoneeseen. Ala-aulassa pankkiautomaatti joka hotellivieraiden käytössä, samassa tilassa iltapäivisin tee ja pienen makean tarjoilu joka kuuluu hintaan. Kaikkiaan todella hyvä hotelli ja loistava henkilökunta.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a really comfortable stay. Everything was clean and the bed was the most comfortable! They even have a 24 hr sauna. Although it is not near to old town but there is a bus/tram service right in front of the hotel that can take you to the centre of the town. We have a peaceful and lovely stay and the hotel rates were very affordable despite being four stars

Amazing!
Amazing room, we had a balcony and jacuzzi bath tub. We even had views of the castle! Everyone was lovely and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options!

A lovely hotel
We spent four nights at this really nice hotel in the Jewish quarter. It was well placed for seeing the sights and experiencing the culture. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the bar/restaurant which served good food at reasonable prices. It could have a little more atmosphere though. The breakfast each day was fab. Not a huge choice but plenty of freshly cooked food to satisfy the hungry tourist. The continental breakfast and pastries were so fresh. Our room was a little on the small side with very little storage space. The bed was in a very small area so no room for side tables but saying that it was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had a good shower but again had nowhere to put personal items and no decent mirror for makeup. A big bonus was a balcony which gave us some lovely outside space which we loved. A fabulous view over the rooftops of Krakow which we made the most of. All in all we had a great stay despite the little niggles and would definitely return there

Pleasant stay
We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was spotless and the cleaner Julia left our room clean & exactly how we entered it on the first day. The location was ideal not too far a walk from old town but not too close either, really enjoyed this location for the eateries you might have missed if you were more central to old town - Taj (Thai restaurant), Judah Food Market etc. We didn’t require any assistance from staff however I did say before our stay it was for a special birthday hoping that i would be given some help to have something set up in the room prior to arrival (not a massive deal but also couldn’t do it in front of my partner as it wouldn’t be a surprise). I’d definitely stay again. We stayed in room 317 which is a standard room, I’ve attached photos.
