”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”The hotel is within walking distance to the city center. This didn't bother us, but it's worth setting aside time for the 20-minute transition. The breakfast is really good and a strong recommendation for it! The outdoor pool is closed in winter. The small spa inside is atmospheric and does its job well. The hotel rooms were clean and the beds were good. The minibar's selection is poor, and since the hotel does not have a restaurant, it is recommended to bring something to snack on”

”The hotel was modern, super clean and rather quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful and could serve us very well in English. Short distance to tram stop, trams going every 5 minutes, and 10 minutes to the city centre. The two day-tickets for public transportation costed 4.90 € so it was extremely convenient! The spa was small, only a few bubble baths in one swimming pool, but the space was also really clean and modern and enough for a short relaxation (you can order drinks to the pool as...

”A fine hotel and what a scent they have there! Not suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances, but we loved it. We walked first pass the hotel because it was hard to notice even if you were at the front door. We loved the decor of the hotel. The street was quite noisy sometimes. ”

”Great location. We parked at Place Kleber just a few minutes away. The room was huge. Our family of four had 7 beds to choose from. It was a little dusty in the room, but not really bad. They had glutenfree toast at the breakfast buffet (not dedicated toaster). Complimentaly beverages at the lobby were nice at +32C outside. We will stay here again.”
