”My experience was terrible and very bad, I booked it for two nights but I couldn’t even stay for more than 3 hours, I found 3 insects in the room, and we were not comfortable with my items being in the room. Even the bed and bathroom were not clean and the floor were dusty. When I told the receptionist that I am leaving, she just said she is sorry and they didn’t offer anything in return, I feel I have thrown my money away! Very bad experience and I don’t recommend it for anyone.”

”El lugar no es un hotel, es un lugar donde se subarrendan departamentos, por qué vas a encontrar que el personal de recepción solo atenderá a sus respectivos huéspedes. A esto agrega que no es fácil la comunicación y tampoco se esfuerzan por hacerse entender aún cuando tienen un celular en la mano y podrían usar su traductor. En pocas palabras son indiferentes. Otro punto muy importante tanto las toallas como ropa de cama tiene un olor a humedad que es muy desagradable. En cuanto a la ubicación,...

”The facilities are nice but the check in process is a hassle. It was about 20 minutes to get my room! Like I messaged them beforehand and they never replied and it was a mess. They’re not prepared to receive you cause they had to go get the key and that alone took like 10 minutes. The elevators do take a while too. Bathroom had a weird smell too.”
