”I had a great stay at Dua Sentral! One new thing I tried during this visit was the transport service provided by the operator — and I must say, it was super convenient. The service was easy to use, reliable, and definitely helped me save money compared to using Grab to get around KL. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and smooth experience in the city!”

”The facilities are nice but the check in process is a hassle. It was about 20 minutes to get my room! Like I messaged them beforehand and they never replied and it was a mess. They’re not prepared to receive you cause they had to go get the key and that alone took like 10 minutes. The elevators do take a while too. Bathroom had a weird smell too.”
