”Very disappointing stay – not the luxury experience advertised.
I have stayed at this property previously and have also stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts around the world. Unfortunately this stay did not reflect the standard expected from a property promoted as luxury accommodation.
There were multiple maintenance issues with the villa. The spa continually drained and would not hold water above the jets, meaning it could not be used properly. The oven was not functioning and had been...
