Enjoy a relaxing Lapland getaway in this 64 m² wooden two-storey semi-detached apartment in the peaceful Plantinginharju area of West Ruka. Built in 2007, it combines a warm, traditional feel with modern comforts and suits families and groups of up to 6 guests. Highlights include a private electric sauna, a fireplace and high-speed WiFi. A hiking and snowshoeing trail starts 100 m away, the ski bus stop is 400 m from the door, and the nearest slopes at Kelorinne are 1.2 km away.

The 64 m² of living space (44 m² + 20 m²) is spread over two floors: the hallway, a separate WC and the sauna and washroom downstairs, and the kitchen, living room and two bedrooms upstairs.

Living room & Kitchen: The upper level has a comfortable living room with a fireplace, TV, CD player and radio, plus a sofa bed that opens into a double bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, plus tableware for 8-10 people and a dining set for 6. A children`s travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has two single beds that can be joined into a double bed. Bedroom 2 sleeps four, with a bunk bed with a double lower bed plus a separate single bed.

Bathroom & Sauna: The entrance level holds your own private electric sauna, a shower, a separate indoor toilet and a washing machine. A drying cabinet, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning tools are also provided.

Outdoor area: Step out onto the porch/terrace or the balcony to enjoy the fresh Ruka air. Firewood is included in the on-site wood storage, and the parking area has a heating plug. Slow EV charging is available via the car heating socket for 10 € per day.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
