Enjoy an affordable and cozy stay in this 37 m² log apartment in the peaceful Salmilampi area of Rukatunturi, close to Ruka`s services. Built in 1986, it keeps the warm character of a traditional log building. Ideal for couples, small families and outdoor enthusiasts, it features a private electric sauna and a fireplace, with cross-country ski tracks 100 m away, the downhill slopes a short drive away, and a pier and beach nearby with a boat available for use in the summer.

The apartment is laid out on a single floor with an open living room and kitchen, plus a sleeping loft above.

Living room & Kitchen: The living area and kitchen share one open space, with a fireplace and a pull-out sofa that sleeps 2. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. A TV, DVD player, CD player and radio are provided, along with a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and cleaning supplies.

Bedrooms & Loft: The loft holds 2 box spring beds, bringing the total capacity to 4 guests.

Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom includes a toilet and shower, plus a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing and a hairdryer. Directly connected is your own private electric sauna.

Outdoor area: There is a parking space with a car heating plug, and wood storage with firewood available for the fireplace. Cross-country ski tracks start 100 m from the door, and the shore, pier and beach are close by, with a boat available for use in the summer.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
