Ihan Ok hotelli, mutta mielestäni kaukana neljästä tähdestä. + loistava sijainti + palvelu pelasi hyvin (tulostivat lähtiessä boarding passit ja laukut sai kätevästi maksuttomaan säilytykseen) + hyvä wifi + ATM aulassa - huoneet aika kulahtaneita - haastetta saada lämmintä vettä suihkusta - aamupalalla ruoka vähän väliä loppu - huoneessa ei baarikaappia (jääkaappi oli mutta irti seinästä ja tyhjä)

Hyvää: Siisteys, henkilökunta ja palvelu ja palvelut/mukavuudet
Oli paljon hyvää, kohtelias ja toimiva palvelu. Mutta myös paljon diktatuuriajan jäänteitäkin, kuten pesualtaalla ja kylpyammeella oli yhteinen tulppa. Munakupit puuttuivat aamiaselta. Kokolattiamatto ei oikein mukava, kylpyhuoneesta puuttui lattiakaivo. Mutta henkilökunta oli tosiasiallista ja kohteliasta. Palvelukulttuuri oli paikallaan. Rauhallinen hotelli keskeisellä paikalla, hyvine yhteyksineen.

One of the best experiences EVER!
I can't belive that it is possible to get this good hotel at low price! I had economy room and it was really good with amazing view to the maidan square! I will definetly choose this hotel if I come back to Kiev

Value for money
Regular type a bit oldish hotel from soviet era, which adds some to the experience in case you want to feel how things were here. Good service, fasilities are a bit out of the date but that doesn’t matter since the location is absolutely superb. Maidan square is right next to, metro stop also and most of the major sights are within walkable distance. Value for money was very good and the breakfast was lovely! I can recommend this place

Hyvä hotelli keskellä historiallista keskustaa.
Lyhyt matka ostoskeskukseen jossa kattava valikoima erilaisia liikkeitä. Päivittäistavarakauppa myös. Metroasema melko lähellä. Tehtiin matka Tsernovbiliin, tarvittiin taksi. Hieman hämäsi hotellivirkailijan ohje mennä metrolla rautatieasemalle. Kyseinen tapaamispaikka ei kuitenkaan ollut ihan rautatieasemalla ja matka olisi jäänyt tekemättä ellei taksi olisi vienyt paikalle.

NL:n puolue-eliitin majapaikka 70-luvulla
Kohtalaisen hyvä hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla. Tilat siivottu kohtalaisen hyvin, mutta useimmat pinnat kuluneita ja vanhoja. Aulassa pyörii iltaisin hotellin yhteydessä sijaitsevan strippiklubin sisäänheittäjä. Huoneiden suihkutilat alkuperäiset, eli hirveässä kunnossa, mutta kylpyhuoneeseen jätetyn lapun perusteella desinfioidaan joka päivä. Näkymät hotellista loistavat ja joka ikinen kaupungissa tietää kys. Hotellin, joten taksilla paikalle pääseminen on helppoa.

A walk down the memory lane
Nice hotell fantastic location and something unique that only few hotells have anymore. A walk down the memory-lane to the Soviet era. People who expect western style are in the wrong hotell. This makes hotell Ukraine the best choice of Kiev. I hope this hotell will forever keep its character. You either love it or hate it. One thing is certain. You will never forgett it.

It’s old property was probably built during the Stalin era. The location is great being right on shopping area. Metro is close and although much is a furniture should be remodeled. It does bring you back in time as you walk through the hotel lights are off during the day and kind of dark hallways.

Great location, with views. Near city center, shops, and walking distance to historic cathedrals. Super clean, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom area. Purchase the breakfasts here…fabulous!

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel is a little dated but well maintained. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent are reasonably priced! I recommend staying here

This hotel is a relic from the Cold War but with some updates. It is not fancy but good basic lodging with a large buffet breakfast, reasonable rates, and a great location. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Big issues with the warm water !
Even tho its quite known hotel and central , the badrums are in terrible condition aswell as the water temperature is so low undependently if its hot or cold. I was unable to take a relaxing shower !

Excellent place to stay in Kyiv.
Ukraine hotel location is excellent. I couldn’t ask a better location. Friendly nice staff and breakfast was delicious and various items. I have no complaints but I think the amount of rate they charge they need to upgrade/ modernisation. Furnitures are back dated but still okay but they need urgent attention to upgrade Bathroom/toilet. I would stay here again because of excellent location and fairly nice front office staff.

The best thing about the hotel is it's location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The staff were excellent, no issues there. now to the bad stuff. The Food, Breakfast was included but was more often than not cold, even the hot food. Unless you got there within the first 30 minutes. the Hotel is very dated , great if you like 70 and 80s Soviet chic. The fridge didn't work they have a real phobia around fire risk. apparently hairdryers and TV's are OK but not a fridge. Only other thing was there were 4 days around the middle of my stay with no maid service at all. Otherwise great location and great staff. it's OK but it will be a last resort if I stay there again.

Super easy check in with a very friendly hostess on reception. Lovely, clean room with a fantastic city view. Lots of space! Great buffet breakfast. I can't fault this fantastically located hotel.

Hôtel idealement situé mais la salle de bain devrait être refaite. La baignoire sabot est très ancienne , grise par l'usure du temps. Personnel agréable.
