”Hotelli oli siisti ja kaikki sujui hyvin. Allasalue oli hyvä ja siellä oli aina hyvin tilaa.
Kaupungin keskustaan noin kymmenen minuutin kävely, mutta myös vieressä satama-alueella oli useita ravintoloita. Kaupunkina Mataro on kiva paikka, jossa ei ollut paljoa turisteja. Ja Barcelonaan on lyhyt ajo- tai junamatka.

”Very convenient hotel in the Gothic Quarter right next to Las Ramblas on a pedestrian only street. The rooms were large and comfortable with good air conditioning on a very hot day. The staff was very accommodating and worked with us to make sure we were all settled in (we had 7 rooms). Clean and friendly staff.
Only the pool area was a bit disappointing, terrace side was reserved for non hotel guests and there were less space reserved for hotel guests (pool) than others.
But overall really nice experience and if we come back to Barcelona will definitely think about coming here again. ”

We complained and luckily, the staff really threw everyone out as the bar was already closed. But as the walls were like paper, we could hear the elevator even, and someone was renovating their room still at 3–4am above us. I did not sleep for more than 3h even though I had 2 different sets of earplugs and I am not a light...
”The hotel is great, staff is really good and common areas are fabulous, but the rooms are a bit outdated already, especially the bathrooms. Be prepared to hear the church bells loud every 15minutes (the church is right next to the hotel if you get a room from that side). ”

"Overall a really nice hotel with great pool area and a bar. Problems start when you check-out as they are soloing with your credit cards making payments without permission.
We payed with a Debit card for the whole stay as soon as we arrived. We made the hotel sure that we want the Debit card to be used as a payment. Money has been charged from our bank account the day we checked in. As we checked-out, they charged the stay AGAIN from the credit card used as a deposit without our permission and without telling us even though we already paid when we arrived. So now we have paid for our stay for 2 times, and not gotten our deposit back. They told they have ”released” the Debit card payment which is ridiculous as that is the card that was supposed to be the payment in the first place. The hotel charged wrong card even when we told not to. Not even an apology. Takes also way too long to respond. Had to beg for HOURS to an answer. "
