âVery nice place, high quality rooms with balcony, luxury feeling. It was easy to find imo, and is situated nicely a walk from garibaldi and the old town. Great staff, clean and comfy rooms with a good breakfast makes for a good stay. We only spent one night.
The rooms are situates by a busy square (on the other side though) and the noise comes in to the room. Iâm a good sleeper so it was not a problem. It getâs more silent in the evening. â

âOur family of four (two young children) really enjoyed our stay. The location of the B&B is very convenience, right next to the UniversitĂ metro stop. You can access most of the notable sites with 10-15 min walk either direction. Lots of food options in the area. The B&B was nice and well stocked, clean, with lots of space. The gem of this stay was the staff who were very kind and welcoming, providing a lovely breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to...

Esim. ensin ohjeessa, ettĂ€ turistivero on jĂ€tettĂ€vĂ€ huoneeseen kĂ€teisellĂ€ lĂ€htiessĂ€, seuraavaksi oli tullut linkki sen maksamiseen ja lopulta siivooja pyysi minua maksamaan sen heti kĂ€teisellĂ€. Sekavaa! Muutoin ihana huone, hyvĂ€ sĂ€nky, riittĂ€vĂ€sti sĂ€ilytystilaa ja tosiaan erinomaisella...

âWe had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...

âThe staff (Maria Laura and her sister) was super friendly and helpful. Our room (deluxe) was very clean with a great view from the balcony. The terrace was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views all around Napoli. The breakfast was also great - we were asked what we would like to eat in the morning (a list with many options). In the morning we had everything we had been asking for - especially the freshly juiced apple juice was delicious! We would highly recommend for anyone.â
âThe room was comfortable and spacious and the location couldn't be much better. The neighborhood looks rough, a lot of graffitis, etc. - but it felt really safe! We loved it! And Gennaro is a great gentleman!
A complimentary water would be nice, though.
The only thing I would complain about are the keys: if you want to lock the door when inside (and I think everyone wants to), you do it with room key and can't see anything, because the key for the electricity is in the same key chain with all...
âGreat stay, walking distance from all the sights that we wanted to see. Room very clean and tidy. Water and coffee available in the "Common" area for free.
