”Nos hemos quedado muchas veces en este hotel y todo estaba bien, en esta última ocasión olvidamos los AirPods en la habitación, queríamos llegar por ellos pero la ubicación ahora es a 15 minutos del hotel… intentamos comunicarnos para que los guardaran ya que estaríamos pasando de regreso a los 4 días después pero no contestan. ”

”The receptionist was nice when we checked in but the room itself was awful. 4 of the lights didn't work, the room TV stand was damaged as was the remote for it. The kpod coffee maker had someone's hair in it, the bathroom door had weird stains, the temperature was too hot and not adjustable, the since and bathtub were rusty, and most of the furniture was stained. I was very disappointed and will NEVER be staying here again nor recommending it to anyone.”

Happy hour menu was good, best mozzarella sticks I've ever had and enjoyed the hummus platter. Pool nice temperature and not overly crowded. Negatives were few, ran out of towels at the pool often and breakfast buffet wasn't worth the price. ”

”Great room size and comfortable. Love open courtyard concept with fountains. Breakfast layout was little complicated to use when lots people. Very disappointed pool and hot tub not open. It was posted 9-9. We arrived 8 pm and all locked up. ”

”We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!”

”Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. ”

”The staff was very friendly! Several of the elevators were out and I had a hard time finding the one ice machine on the property. Other than that, the pool was great and the food was good at the restaurant. The young man who drove the shuttle was exceptional. He was very polite and handled all our luggage. He also took us to the Train Station which was much farther than the shuttles 3-mile limit. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the Suites were very spacious and comfortable!!!”

”This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day...
