”Genesis et Henry sont formidables et offrent un excellent service. Par contre, l'autre employée (Barbara) n'a aucun sens du service à la clientèle. L'endroit est situé loin de Bavaro et Punta Cana, les Uber ne veulent pas nécessairement se rendre à la Ceiba. Il n'y a pas des restos proches pour manger, seulement des petites places locales. C'est ok important à savoir si vous choisissez cet endroit.”

”Rooms are in very poor condition, they try to make you sign a contract before seeing the room that states you have seen it and have “no complaints” and cannot be refunded. They also state if the food or conditions cause illness that could be “LIFE THREATENING” they will not be liable. If you don’t sign you can’t check in, so we had to sign under duress as we couldn’t find a new hotel for the same night. There’s also no beach access and sink water smells like sewage. ”Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. ”
