"Welcome receptionist was very nice and offered water. After that we didnt met a person that spoke english and everybody who we tried to talk to, ignored when they didnt understand. We were unable to ask anything during our stay because the reception was closed and the others we met didnt understand ..."

"This is not a 4-star hotel- but the view makes it worth it - they would gain even more with cleaner windows.It can be when/if the have completed some renovation(??) -note that there is no air-condition so visiting during September was a good idea, along with open windows during the night.
