Located on a second floor Aires Downtown Suites, is your comfortable home away from home in the heart of La Paz. These brand new suites are designed to provide a seamless experience for all kinds of visitors, including couples, business travelers and digital nomads. Each one of our 5 suites includes: A well-appointed bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. A full bathroom, functional kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware to make your stay convenient. A cozy living area with a desk, ideal for catching up on work or planning your day and spacious closet space and safe where to secure your personal values. Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as air conditioning, 30-50 Mbs WiFi, and a city view.

Guest Access:

At Aires Downtown Suites, your comfort and privacy are our priorities. Access to the suites located in the second floor is through a common staircase keypad access. Each one of our accomodations provide self check in through keypad. Experience a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of La Paz with exclusive access to your own private suite.



The Neighborhood:

Our apartment is ideally located downtown, making it perfect for all kinds of travelers. You'll find a fantastic Mediterranean restaurant just two blocks away and the Bravo public market is within walking distance, offering a variety of dining options. Explore local shops for souvenirs or essentials. The famous Malecon is also easily accessible, offering a great place to relax. Everything you need for a productive and enjoyable stay is within easy reach of our apartment.



Getting Around:

Malecon is less than 10 min walk. You can also move around through apps such as In Drive(very popular in town), Uber and didi. To go to the beach you can take the Playa Bus from the bus station at Malecón or rent a car.



Other Things to Note:

Please avoid throwing baby wipes or toilet paper into the WC.

Our centric location comes along with eventual concerts by local dogs or street noises. We apologize for the inconvenience as it is part of the local charm.
