The staff is excellent and enjoyed our room. Scott, my husband typed Scooot instead of Scott and the receptionist rectified his issue. Thank you to all. The breakfast was excellent too. Clean from top to bottom, grounds were excellent. The hotel is close to eat at Texas Longhorn Restaurant. Delicious.

With the brilliant Indian Wells Tournament near by, the hotel rocketed prices which we accepted however the price charged did not match the facilities offered hence the 3 star rating. The property is new, has loads of parking, is relatively quiet and in a good part of town. The studio room was clean, big and comfortable. Only problem with the hotel was the breakfast had nothing left on the Sunday - I accept that there was a time change however we had a 10 hour flight and were on a different time zone - so no excuse with the room charge!

Room was great just too soft a bed for me. Asked for bed board but they did not have any. Otherwise, great room with all the amenities of a full kitchen.

Hotel bom, adequado e novo.
O hotel é novo e adequado. Não houve nada de especial, mas houveram 2 questões que não gostamos. O horário do café da manhã era até às 9h, e 2 dias dos 3 que ficamos hospedados, retiraram os itens de alimentação faltando 10 minutos. Pior foi no dia da saída, checkout até 11h e faltando 1h já desabilitaram nossas chaves. Fomos colocar as malas no carro e não conseguimos entrar pela porta lateral, mais perto do nosso carro. O hotel é bom, atende os comentários, mas precisa dar atenção aos detalhes para ser ótimo!

The staff are mice and welcoming. However we stayed there for 3 nights and we did not get house keeping service. We had to change our own bedding. When we asked, we were told there Re only two employees for housekeepers. That is not something customers should be concerned about. We paid for full service and we should get full service.
