The 75-square-meter apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic building equipped with an elevator (not wheelchair accessible).



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot, oven, and kitchen utensils

- Living area with a sofa and TV

- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds) and a closet

- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds), a crib for small children, and a closet

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Two balconies



Additional amenities available to guests: Unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, central heating, 3 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, high chair for children.



Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
