  • Cinque Terre The Square is a beautiful, brand-new apartment on the 5th floor of an elegant apartment building with an elevator, located 350 meters from the Central Station (a 5-minute walk). 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds, 2 full bathrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, 2 balconies, a 55" smart TV with satellite, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a Nespresso machine. Professional cleaning, use of disinfectants, linens provided and sanitized by an industrial laundry service

    Cinque Terre The Square is a bright, elegant, and cozy apartment with high-quality finishes. With two comfortable bedrooms and a living room with sofa beds, air conditioning in every room, and 2 beautiful bathrooms, it’s ideal for 4 people but can accommodate up to 8. A crib and 2 sofa beds are also available for children or additional guests beyond the 8 (for a fee)

    Cinque Terre The Square is an apartment that my family decided to renovate to welcome tourists. Upon your arrival, we will personally hand you the keys and show you around the apartment, and we’ll be available throughout your stay to offer suggestions and information.

Perfect location

Was the perfect staging area for our northern Italy trip. Clean and cold air conditioning made this a very enjoyable stay.

Beautifully redecorated home!

Loved our stay. Perfect location and wonderful home. Perfect to Catch the train to cinque and see the 5 beautiful cities on the coast. Soooo much fun. Everything was perfect

Great start to explore Cinque Terre!

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment very close to the La Spezia train station. It was very easy to get to and go explore Cinque Terre towns from this location. It’s very near good restaurants and supermarkets. We would stay again.

Ideal location for everything, especially Cinque Terre day trips. 5 minute walk to the train station. Restaurants and grocery stores very close by. Apartment was perfect for 4 of us. Had everything that we needed. Kitchen was well appointed. 2 full bathrooms and washing machine. Highly recommend - especially as a base camp for Cinque Terre.

Great location and beautiful place

We stayed as a family of 6 and had a great time in La Spezia. The location was perfect for Cinque Terra and a day trip to Pisa. Communication was fast and efficient.

A great location. Very convenient location.

The property was very clean and certainly well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We are amazed with everything that was done to convert this very old property into a more modern dwelling.

We enjoyed our stay at the apt. which is conveniently located within walking distance from La Spezia central train station. It's also spacious and clean and has all the amnenities. We like the cozy kitchen, every morning we had breakfast in the apt then take the train to the villages. We would recommend this place !

Très bel appartement et très bien situé.

Notre séjour de trois jours à La Spezia a été très agréable entre autres grâce à cet appartement où on se sentait comme la la maison. Tout était parfait: l’emplacement, l’équipement, l’air climatisé, etc. À louer sans hésitation.

Great location, value, and apartment

We had a wonderful stay here. Five adults was not at all crowded, and you could have 6-8 especially if 1-2 were kids. The apartment is close to the the train station, But you don't hear the trains at night. Short walk into town as well. Highly recommend this property.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à 5mn a pied de la gare ou 15 mn du port pour visiter les cinq Terres, mais aussi Portovenere et Lerici. Il est confortable et très bien équipé Notre hôte est chaleureux, aimable ,tres disponible .et parle très bien français

Super appartement à La Spezia

Très bel appartement, fonctionnel, très propre et bien décoré. Situation idéale, 5 minutes à pied de la gare afin de visiter tous les magnifiques villages de la région dont les Cinque Terre. Hôtes très chaleureux, agréables et parlant très bien Français. Merci Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Pleasant vacation

Five minutes walk to train station, giving access to Cinque Terre, Florence, Lucca, and Pisa among others. Clean, modern apartment with all the amenities. Barbara was very helpful. Great market in La Spezia. Italians are warm, friendly people. Would love to return.

Traveled as a family of 5 and stayed here to visit Cinque Terre. Worked well. 5 minute walk to train station and a 20 minute train ride to Rommagiore. Just feels like an apartment. Clean and spacious just a little short on charm and character.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön. Wir waren jeweils mit Gianni in Kontakt. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit & freundlich. Einzig ein Küchenmesser fehlt in der Küche. :)

Great family apartment

We have a family of 4 (adults) and the apartment is exactly as described. It’s updated, clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows are very nice and the bathrooms are spacious. The location of the building is also perfectly located. We walked everywhere without issues. As everyone else states, the train station is 5 minutes away. We took a boat cruise to the Cinque Terre and the walk to the port is not far (20-25 minutes).

Very nice large apartment within easy walking distance to the train.

The apartment is very nice. Modern. Typical road noise as there is no A/C. Secure Parking is half a block away. Found a good restaurant on the way to the train station. Train system works really well and is easy. the last of the Cinque terrace towns is the nicest.

Location, location, location

This property is exactly as described . The location for visiting all of the Cinque Terre and beyond is excellent. A very easy walk to the train station for daily visits to the towns. Easy access to buses for Lerici and Porto Venere. Also it is right in the historic centre and not far from the port. The apartment is very modern with everything you need so if you are looking for Italian charm you will just need to spend your time outdoors. We were there for 9 days and it would have been nice to have had an extra set of towels and sheets .

The place is centrally located to train station. It was clean. Wish there were extra towels. We were dismayed to find that there were no lights in any of the hallways that worked. It was scary coming back at night. We never could locate trash disposal

Parking major issue

Convenient location the air was not on due to time of year. So we left windows open very noisy until 12:00am. Wish owners would have suggested taking train to apartment.
