”We were in town for a wedding, and found this house to stay in. It was perfect!! The little town was adorable and fun to walk the dogs through. The hot tub was obviously a nice plus. The grill was nice and had plenty of propane. No complaints at all! We even added another night to our stay to enjoy it longer. The Miss Augusta riverboat cruise was fun! ”Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere.
