”Staff was very nice. Answered all of our questions! Nice room, very clean. We loved our stay there!”

”Room both comfortable and attractively decorated. Private patio and public patio outside our door very attractive, quiet, relaxing. Breakfast room cozy, food exactly what we liked: breads, fresh fruit, hot egg dish, staff friendly and accommodating. Location quiet, comfortably short walk to Plaza and city center. All in all, a lovely experience away from crowds, but close to plenty of Santa Fe action.”

”Very nice hotel with excellent staff, free parking and great breakfast buffet. Beds are plush (softer style of mattress) and rooms are spotless. Only places for improvement would be having the bar stay open past 9pm and adding internet channel capabilities to the television (would only require new boxes from Xfinity).”

”The staff was unfriendly and I was asked to explain my disability because I had a service dog with me. I called ahead to let them know I was bringing my service dog and I was questioned as I checked in. The staff in the breakfast room were inattentive. I had to go up to them and ask them for water and juice. The coffee was self-serving which I did not mind. I DO NOT recommend this place.”

”This property is first class. It’s located pretty much in the heart of Santa Fe near the plaza. The staff is friendly and eager to be helpful.”

”Staff was outstanding. Location can not be beat - steps from the square. Lovely, comfortable room. Nothing pretentious, just an old-world (Santa Fe) charm. Garage parking made getting out of the city easy too. I would most definitely recommend. I wasnt sure what to expect and was delighted.”

”This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation.”

”The property was very charming and the staff, Leanne was amazing! Super helpful and friendly. She walked us to our room. Where does that happen anymore? She had a lovely light breakfast ready with hot coffee as promised. We will be back for sure😊”

”Very nice comfortable, roomy facility and close to downtown Santa Fe. Everything worked well. The breakfast was excellent. We didn't use the pool of hot tub but both were well attended and seemed to work well. The check in was flawless and the receptionist most helpful answering questions.”

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”
