”I really enjoyed my stay at the Pecos Trail Inn. The property was clean, quiet, and cozy. I loved the decor and you can see the love that the owners put into their property. I definitely recommend them and will be staying at this property when I visit Santa Fe again. ”

Firstly, the front desk staff was so helpful with touring and dining suggestions tailored for us, which led to a fantastic view of Santa Fe...including suggestions for my 20 year old's photography! The breakfast was delicious and dining servers very prompt and highly personable. ”
”My group was able to walk out the back door of the Drury a short distance to the plaza. We walked through the beautiful courtyard of St. Francis Cathedral. This Drury has a rooftop bar where we were able to watch a besunst over the city.”

”I was upgraded to a Terrace room and it was seriously one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in (and I have a high bar). Everything was perfectly appointed. Original New Mexican art on the walls. Bespoke furniture and textiles. Glassware, toiletries, all very nicely done. Will definitely stay here again.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even when hiccups occurred, everyone's recovery efforts were appropriate and greatly appreciated. Specifically, Trinidad and Ben (bartenders), Colton at the pool, Ethan at the front desk, and Isaiah, the Assistant GM.

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood.
