”We loved our stay here! The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and clean. The staff was so kind and attentive - we loved the daily breakfasts and sitting in the courtyard in the evenings listening to the birds. Very good location and walking distance to many areas.”

The breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast but it would have been nice to have warm dishes like most facilities have these days. ”Lovely Southwest ambience throughout the hotel and room. One of my favorites was that there are several outside conversational areas. We choose a double room with a fireplace which was perfect to “take the chill” out of our room! We could walk to everything!”

”There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property or the staff. The only thing I was missing was a fan noise and being able to make the room colder than 65°. Other than that everything was perfect! So quiet and clean, easy coffee maker. Feels special to stay there!”

”The fireplace was a nice amenity, the bar was convenient, housekeeping staff very helpful. The hotel charged my cc the full amount of my visit to my already prepaid stay. It was difficult to connect with the GM to resolve the issue who then blamed Expedia. This was not the case. Ultimately, the hotel credited my account but not the full amount. Expedia customer service to the rescue!!”

”Overall, a nice property, but definitely in need of some TLC. Peeling paint, slow elevators, outdated and unreliable HVAC, etc. Not acceptable in a luxury resort.”

”This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation.”
