”We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

”I liked the orientation of the room. Unfortunately we were situated on the bottom floor next to the swimming pool. The pool pump cycled every few moments. The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. I went down for coffee at 6 am and spoke with a different clerk than the one that had told me nothing was available. She told me a room was available upstairs and my wife and I immediately moved. We had planned...

”Convenient location near the hospital”

”The restaurant/bar was good. The room clean but somewhat rustic which is expected given the age of the property. Bathroom could use better lighting. The pool: we were there during warm/hot weather (100°+) and looked forward to the pool after playing golf. The pool is fairly small and was filled with pre-teen children who were very exuberant. We did not use the pool at all. Disappointing.”

”The property is very well taken care of the rooms are very nice and the only thing they could improve on is on these hot summer days they need to have a few more umbrellas because you take one umbrella to put it for two but then there's two and three chairs that do not have any shade that would be an improvement for more umbrellas”

”Yes and yes. The staff at breakfast and dinner were awesome! Even when super busy they were polite, kind and had a smile on their face. The food is excellent!”

”The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price.”
