”When we arrived at the property we found bed bugs in one of the beds and when we notified the host it was no resolution or customer service offered to amend the problem.”

”The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was perfect. The gym’s equipment needed to be worked on and the pool had some window problems. Ice machine was empty most of our visit. Super convenient for downtown Lake Charles and to our venue for Saturday night. Staff were super friendly. Would stay again when visiting LA.”

”Rented two rooms with 4 beds total. Every bed sheet had stains on them. One bed had mildew on the bed and sheets. AC had mildew or mold on vents. One room smelled so wet and gross. Pictures must have been taken when the hotel was built because it looked nothing like the pictures. So much noise coming from the highway couldn’t sleep. Pool was tiny. Every time house keeping came they turned the air way up to make the room hot when we got back. “Breakfast” they offered was only muffins and yogurt....
