The couple who hosted us were delightful and the service and breakfast were great. We only had a short walk to a delightful pub to make our stay first rate.”

”The room was spacious and comfortable, although was really hot the first night we stayed we had a fan in the room which cooled us down. The staff were all pleasant and friendly especially the lady serving and accomodating breakfast in the morning, she made our stay and we only saw her 2 mornings for a few minutes but she was so friendly and accommodating with a really good character, a real asset to the Hotel, i would stay there again just to have her serve me breakfast!”
”Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature.
Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to.

Set in beautiful grounds on a lovely golf course with splendor of wildlife, landscape and flora, even the hardest to please couldn't crack a frown at this retreat. The building is charmed in character, the staff at utmost professional and efficient, the spa, pool and gym facilities are second to none.
