”I am on a business tour with my company and the hotel is a perfect location with so many restaurants and convenience stores made it easy and pleasant, clean rooms and comfortable quiet as well.”

”Very clean and good location. We really only slept there because we got there at 10pm and left by 7am but it was very clean, quiet and safe. Parking was an extra $25 which I did see ahead of time but was hoping they'd not charge since they are in a big (and pretty safe) shopping center where there is tons of other free parking within just a min walk away. ”--There should be a person at the front desk more often, at more times of the day and night.
--The sink water is sometimes hard to control. I had trouble getting back to cold from hot.

--Re-open Frank's Restaurant. We loved eating breakfast there. If it had been open, it would have been so convenient for us since we were staying right there at the hotel.

"A perfect gem close to the Universal studios. Retro vibe but in a classy way and the hotel is completely remodelled. A great pool area with a bar, a very nice gym and guest laundry. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, and dinner was also good. A lot of traffic on the nearby streets and there might be a fire station close by judging by the frequency of fire trucks speeding by with sirens on, so maybe not the best place for those wanting perfect silence. A complimentary trolley to Universal Studios and back. All in all a super nice place and I would definitely stay here again!"
