”Great place, secure, friendly staff! Make sure to book online it’s cheaper that way. They have a nice dining area. The pepper soup is amazing. Just make sure you tell them to not make it too hot, because it is hot. Lol. Enjoy”

”Very clean and well-maintained boutique hotel. Spent a total of 12 nights and did not want to leave. The room smelled good, corridors smelled fresh, staff and customer service was top notch. WiFi was patchy on my first stay but it was fixed and had no issues on my second stay. The rooms are much better than in the pictures. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure on the property. My guests were treated well. Variety at breakfast and in the Rye restaurant was good. As feedback to hotel, ensure...

”Nice and clean european hotel. Service could be better at the terrace restaurant. Food is OK but not delicious. Stayed one week here. Very expensive hotel. I will not stay at the same hotel next time.”

”When we first arrived our sheets and pillows were dirty. We requested that they all be changed and they were pretty quickly. We also let the host know that the apartment did not match the description they provided. Which was a lake view apartment with private pool. We had neither. The host stated the photos...

”I enjoyed the staff more than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Bright a young rom maintenance person. Was amazing. Everybody was very welcoming and helpful. I wish they could’ve left their dining room open more. I look forward to returning. I especially like little market on the property”

”It’s an older hotel but still very good. The neighborhood is safe and there’s a supermarket across the street and a few good restaurants very close by (Yellow Chilli). Breakfast is excellent. Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. It’s only starting to look older.”

”Only one tower in the room for two people, one chair in the room , the bedsheets torn and old.”

”Upon arrival , they couldn’t find my fully paid booking through Hotels.com. I showed them my confirmation email etc. I had to make a separate payment for the night. I intended to stay 5 nights , but left the following morning due to the sub par levels of service and facilities ”

”Unsafe and Unsanitary Room — Should Be Removed from Listing I booked this room for a friend, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and smelled of mold, with stained and peeling walls, rusty light fixtures, and a damaged entry door that did not close properly. The overall condition felt unsafe and unsanitary. No guest should have to stay in such conditions — this property should be re-evaluated or removed from the Hotels.com listings until it meets basic...
