”what i did not like was too many steps, up and down, a hazard especially for older people. what i did like was daily entertainment, band at night, pool side entertainment and music. food and restaurants were fantastic. Beach is gone and could not wade due to too many sharp rocks in water.”

”We spend a few nights here just to relax and have a good time. And that we did! Overall, a comfortable experience where we did get our monies worth. The hotel itself was clean, and well cared for. ”It was ok the property was clean and safe the food was ok my kids enjoyed themselves it just rained all week which is not the hotel fault our water stop working one night but it came back on the next morning but other than that it was a good stay, I do recommend to wear slip resistant shoes because it’s very slippery everywhere I fell twice once with my baby other than that it was ok. ”

”From the minute you walk into the hotel lobby the staff continuously bombards you with vacation club/time share opportunities. Besides the annoying sales pitches, the hotel is clean and safe. ”The hotel in general is acceptable, good food, good beverages, service ok... I had a bad experience since I fell and sprained my ankle due to the slippery floors (extremely slippery) in the hallways of the rooms, the medical service was somehow useless due to the high cost of the medical care... The hotel has lots of leaks from their AC system (in lots of places) During my stay I witnessed several falls and was able to observe a high number of people injured either in their arms or feet... not...

”The property staff were friendly, attentive, and willing to help you at any point. No matter how many times you went to the bar, or eat at the same restaurant, the caliber of service was excellent. The hotel itself was older, water leaking consistently, and really past the initial phase of greetings, not much to do. You can eat and sleep which is pretty standard. They have shows in the evening, and somewhat of motivational MCs in the pool, that are "OK" for an all inclusive, but definitely not...
