”The Host was great. Rooms were clean and nice!. Its in a nice quiet area near a golf course. Found shops nearby for shopping and a nice Nigel Donuts/bakery for breakfast and many other places in Dana Point. Host helped us a beach with free parking and we were able to enjoy a couple of days in a nice quiet area in the hills of Laguna Niguel. It is a Condo which part was converted into a VRBO. ”

”Parking and location details were not clear before booking and after booking and asking questions found out our car would not fit in their parking option. Arrived at the location and saw gang graffiti and gang members outside an alley we had to drive through to get to the apartment. All parking options were full. The apartment area next to this one is dirty, crowded, and seemed unsafe. Directions actual take you to those apartments. Messaged host immediately to ask for support and never got a...

”The room, bathroom and kitchen were all clean comfortable. The location is close to corner stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this location to others.”

”While the host did make things right by fully refunding our stay, when we showed up to this listing it was in a completely uncleaned terrible state to the point we had to cancel and get a hotel. The cleaning crew had clearly not come, there was raw food sitting in the sink, smelled like weed, and there seemed to be electrical issues with a few of the lights/AC.Knew immediately walking in the door this wasn't going to work, and the listing photos are very inaccurate.”

”The place was clean and the owner always responded to any questions I had. The parking is in a very tight spot so don’t have any thing bigger than a car. And there’s no other parking around the place. ”
