The interiors of Villa Ludovica cover approximately 270 m². However, its true highlight is the outdoor space: enjoy a semi-covered patio of 25 m², two covered loggias of around 15 m² each (one equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue for al fresco dining), and a large partially fenced garden of approximately 1,200 m² surrounding all four sides of the villa.



Villa Marina spans about 200 m² and offers ample outdoor spaces, including a semi-covered patio of 25 m² with a table, chairs, and a barbecue for outdoor dining, as well as a private and partially fenced plot of approximately 700 m² surrounding all four sides of the villa. The villa also features a private pool with a hydromassage zone, an outdoor shower, deck chairs, loungers, and an umbrella.



The gardens of Villa Marina and Villa Ludovica are connected via gates, which can be left open to enhance the conviviality of all guests during their stay.



Additionally, children will enjoy a play area in the garden, equipped with a slide, swings, and a second 2x5 m pool suitable for younger children. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
