”The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

”Mi experiencia en el Hotel fue decepcionante debido a varios inconvenientes que afectaron nuestra estancia. En primer lugar, solicitamos que limpiaran nuestra habitación, pero esta petición no fue atendida, lo que generó una sensación de descuido por parte del personal. Además, notamos que no había suficiente papel de baño, jabón ni toallas, lo que resultó muy incómodo durante nuestra estancia. Para empeorar la situación, encontramos pelos de cabello en el revoltillo, lo cual es inaceptable en...

”Awesome Staff. Breakfast was great. The shuttle was amazing. Loved the bed. My only critique is that the room really needs a deep clean. Surfaces were fine but the bathroom tiles and floor look like they have only been damp mopped in a very long time. Air conditioner smelled musty but it was cool outside so I could turn it off and the smell got better. It worked well for me.”

”Seemed to be quite understaffed - had to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. Room was excellent and very clean with tiny bathroom but usable. Finding the airport shuttle was a bit confusing because of the multiple Hyatt locations. Check in was tedious again short staff? All in all I would stay here again if in the area.”
