”This property was sort of hard for me to rate. I decided to break it down to help others decide.
Bed: The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The bedding was also nice too.
A/C- the room stayed cool and comfortable but the air conditioning was loud.
Room: room was small but the layout was nice and the space was used wisely. It had plenty of storage and closet space. The room also had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. My tv did not work. I think maybe the remote was dead...

”This property is very old, unkept and filthy.
Only 1 elevator which is dirty.
Hallways stink
Rooms and linen look unclean and dirty.
Bathroom n tub you will never be able to use by the looks.
We had breakfast included but couldn’t muster the courage to eat. Ate out every day every meal.
Shame on Radisson for loaning their name not keeping up with the standard. Very misleading ”

”Everything was clean and orderly! Also staying at such a beautiful and historic hotel was fun! That said, there were two major issues: first is the room never cooling off despite the A/C being set to 60. It was always a little too hot, I recommend installing fans and triple checking rooms are cool before guest arrive. The second was the constant leak of water out of the bathroom tub faucet even though the water was off, it’s freaky constantly hearing that. Not huge issues but definitely should...

”The hotel was grand and the pool area very nice. But the noice! We came from Europe and didn't know Bourbon street when booking the hotel and the hotel is on that street! It's terrible! I have never heard this loud noice of bars playing music next to each other starting in the early afternoon to 3.00 am. So if you are not joining this party, I really don't recommend any hotels i this area.”

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”
