Good location, easy parking, property / building looking a little tired, room had some recent upgrades but more needed to get a better review. At this time the room is barely worth the low rate.

Super quiet room, very polite , accommodating and helpful staff . Overall it was a great experience with the exception of 2 little things, first , very tight, limited parking. Number 2... Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. However the large red stain on the door (which I hope was coffee?) and the stained carpet were tough first impressions to overcome.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Kelowna
Full breakfast was wonderful. Coffee pretty good as well. There was no gluten free bread. Thankfully we brought our own. Also no lactose free yogurt. There were alternate milks but would have been great if lactose free yogurt was available in request.

Recreation Inn & Suites
Very polite and courteous staff at reception desk and at breakfast. The room had a great binder with helpful information for your stay that included a TV channel guide which avoided wasted time flipping through channels
