”We were kept well informed on the details around our trip and the booking in and parking wrre very straightforward. Location is great, 3 min walk into town. Bed is very uncomfortable for our liking, far too soft, no support. Advertised as having NETFLIX etc, but yiu cant access this. Would us again, but only for a 1 night stop over.”

”We enjoyed a weekend stay in a lake view room last weekend. We arrived early and was provided with a car parking permit to allow us to then explore the area before checking in. Our room was excellent. It was large, warm and the bathroom had underfloor heating. Once checked in, we explored the spa which was great. A small swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna and steam room were just what was needed on a relaxing weekend away. We had made reservations for the Ruskins restaurant in the hotel. The...

”The room was clean and looked as if it had been recently renovated, comfy bed. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and very nice. Staff are friendly and very attentive. The hotel is currently undergoing much needed external renovation works. The stair carpet badly needs renewed.”

”Receptionist chap. Was v patient. We swapped rooms 2 times and settled on the 3rd. Wish was fantastic. Bar staff were great too. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening but breakfasts were great”
