”Lovely hôtel - perfect for Lake Windermere. Facilities in the hotel are great: there are even wellingtons you can borrow to do a woodland walk. The restaurant is fantastic with high quality food. The lounge and reception area have wonderful open fires which make it feel really cosy. Our feature room was fantastic and roomy.”

”Lovely little pub, which is dog friendly in the bar but sadly not the rooms. Pleasant stay in a very small twin room, good breakfast included and nice pub food available in the evening. ”
