”After we checked in at the lodge, we received word of a family matter that needed our attention. I went to the manager and asked if there was a possibility of getting a refund for the night even though we had booked through a third party. He was the most helpful person I have ever encountered at a place of lodging. He determined that we could get a refund so that we could be on our way, and gave me details on how to do so. ”We had a great stay overall. I guess the only downside was the staff being inattentive. The house keeper was excellent but it was when we went to the pool and the pool bar was closed in late June.
