âDefinately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...

âWe managed to park outside which was great very useful. We got there a little bit early but Diane at the reception desk was fantastic. We got all booked in up in the room off to adventure in the Docklands. The room was lovely and tidy. Very neat everything that you needed very warm had to open the window but all the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again I think theyâre a fantastic location and absolutely brilliant staff. Thanks for a wonderful day Cliff. â

Staff were friendly. And price was good.
Only couple things. Our room wasnât cleaner and I thought the food was quite expensive since.

âAfter an initial minor disappointment with our room we were really pleased with the way the staff handled the situation.
