”Stayed in a room at the front of the property which we were told by a particularly uninterested member of staff at the reception desk was a quiet room.
The hotel us close to a major road and the traffic noise was overpowering.
The bli d fitted to window did nothing to external light. Tried to call reception from the room but the phones appeated to be switched off.
We cancel our second night and moved elsewhere.”

”The room had roaches, stained smelly towels, the room itself smelled horrible, AC didnt work well, there was people doing drugs outside of the building as we were walking up with our 3 children. Other people were smoking right by the doors, you could smell marijuana and overall the safety was a concern. ”
