”The receptionist lady was unwelcoming, rude, easily irritated. When asked quest responded with impatient/harsh tone of voice. Room was clean, parking feels safe with the security guard in place. There was no breakfast place in the hotel. If there was, the lady on the desk didn't say.”

”It is a brand new extended stay hotel with very reasonable rates, but limited amenities. It has a nice kitchen area, but bring your own coffee pot, cups and dishes! The staff is friendly and helpful and it does have a small fitness room.”

”Stayed in a kitchen suite which was nice. It had a small sitting table in the kitchen area. Full size refrig, oven stove top, dishwasher. The main sitting area was seperate from the bedroom. Like a small apartment. Only thing I could not find was dish soap, paper towels and dishwasher detergent.”

”We spent five days here. The hotel is ok, the rooms are clean, the cleaning staff are very friendly and everything works. The breakfast is completely sufficient though a little repetitive after a few days. There's a train track nearby making some noise at night. The noise insulation towards the corridor is poor. Things they could improve include the distant and aloof check-in person who made no eye contact with the customer at any point. The employee who explained to the handyman how...

”The room was rundown. Furniture was old and worn. Close to the freeway so it’s noisy. Beddings are terrible. Only a thin cheap blanket. Hallways were not kept clean. ”

”Wasn't expecting high-end furnishings but they shouldn't be dangerous to use. Broken chair, bathroom tiles, and ironing board were obvious and dangerous. The iron face was damaged and needed to be replaced before using. All of the electrical outlets were less accept one. The lamp wire was covered in electrical tape. Molded grout, dirty floors, and flaking popcorn ceiling over the stained tub were terrible. The tiny refrigerator sat on the floor with the rusted microwave directly sitting on top...

”No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests.”
