”We spent five days here. The hotel is ok, the rooms are clean, the cleaning staff are very friendly and everything works. The breakfast is completely sufficient though a little repetitive after a few days. There's a train track nearby making some noise at night. The noise insulation towards the corridor is poor.
Things they could improve include the distant and aloof check-in person who made no eye contact with the customer at any point. The employee who explained to the handyman how...
”It was a good hotel. There was no coffee creamer or lids when we left early in the morning which was a bummer. Also the pillows werent the greatest when we asked for extra pillows they didn't have any so we went and bought some”

Although much of the equipment (air conditioning, the ice machine etc.) are obviously several decades old, everything works and the hotel in general has been renovated recently. The cleanliness of the small gym is impeccable. The personnel are super nice and helpful and resolved our small issues...
